Removing the legal strictures could quickly provide affordable, sustainable housing choices to thousands of people across Cascadia and beyond, at no cost to public treasuries, in neighborhoods already provided with urban infrastructure and well served by transit, schools, community centers, libraries, and parks. And some cities, such as Portland, are already working towards policy solutions that will bring tiny houses in from the cold. Tiny houses on foundations: Size matters In Oregon and Washington local laws specify that permanent homes must be built to one of two standards:

I unfortunately paid for a month and now I see why they do not give refunds. Next to my site is a rented fifth wheel with 5 construction guys who leave sometimes at 5 in the morning and return and 1 in the morning. Why if you are a supposed Resort would you allow this. Upon speaking to the manager it appears she was not aware of of guys or hours kept.
Absolutely no fault of guys, they are working hard and trying to make a living. A warm body at desk actually told me they have no say who stays in their park and what they do. That is a first. Their sewer has not been set up with a proper connection for two weeks now and office has been made aware. Clearly they do not give a haha. Actually had to show employee and she seemed as disgusted as I was. Clearly not properly cleaned for some time. Management problem not employee who cleans.

While we have come a long way since our first campgrounds, we still apply that same diligence of continuous improvement by listening to your ideas and incorporating them into the RV experience at KOA. Our clean, level sites and full hookups let you easily set up camp so you can enjoy the fun activities and quality amenities that come standard behind every yellow sign.
Have you been to a KOA lately? That yellow sign still represents the best in customer service and campgrounds you can count on. With more than locations, you can always expect variety, but some things at KOA always come standard, like the expertise and friendly customer service that comes with every dedicated employee wearing a yellow shirt.
Other things you’ll find at all locations include clean bathrooms and hot showers, KOA convenience stores and self-service laundry.
